Laminate Flooring Damaged from water damage
Homeowner woke up and found that her toilet never stop running and caused water to flow throughout her entire home. The laminate flooring was affected and unfortunately we were not able to salvage the flooring. During the initial inspection we notified the homeowner that the flooring would need to be removed in order for us to dry out the subflooring. After the flooring was removed we placed drying equipment to dry out the subfloor and the drywall.
