HVAC pan leak
When a water damage occurs from above it is important to take into consideration that it will take extra equipment and time to dry out the flooring above and the ceiling from below. In this case the HVAC pan overflowed and caused water to leak through the ceiling into the kitchen. We removed all the wet insulation above and then placed equipment in the attic as well as in the kitchen to get the structure dried out.
